You can download a new image to the router via TFTP when you are in ROMMON:

You have to use an Image with The right Memory requirements or Upgrade The Memory

Patrick is correct you are trying to load an image for which you do not have enough memeory to load. Find an IOS version that takes less memory . Looks like the highest you can go is like a 12.3 image and that's only for certain versions. It tells you right on the download page what you need.

The Image on the router got erased , I tried adding a new image from a similiar router via xmodem, now its giving this error, how can i get it back to work.
