The Need of VLAN

Hello all,

I have 2 branche offices with 4 MB simetric ATM line to the world (Internet).

I want to make a vlan for every branch office, that every office will get 2 MB of the total broadband.

Is it a good idea to do this if my users using the internet for surfing and maybe a streaming only, or it's just a headache in my case?

Can you pls revert how your branch offices are connected and where the internet link is getting terminated ?

Are these branch offices are getting connected to any central site and from where they are reaching internet ?

If possible pls do post out a simple network diagram representing the nodes and connectivity between the nodes..
