the no. of broadcast packets under switch interface counter

Hi, can anyone please advise how long the data about the broadcast packets under the interface counter? the number of the broadcast is total number in 5 minutes or the total number of broadcast packets since last interface counter reset?  Thanks in advance. 

below is the output from the command "show interface gx/x/x

Hello @Herman2018,

The counters shown in this output are cumulative and do not reset automatically. They keep increasing until a manual reset is performed or the device is restarted. If you want to monitor broadcast packets over a specific period, you'll need to keep track of the broadcast count over time or implement a monitoring solution that collects and stores these statistics periodically.

The counters shown in this output are cumulative and do not reset automatically. They keep increasing until a manual reset is performed or the device is restarted. If you want to monitor broadcast packets over a specific period, you'll need to keep track of the broadcast count over time or implement a monitoring solution that collects and stores these statistics periodically.
