The output of show setup express on Catalyst Switch

Dear all,

I would like to ask the following problem below.

Normally Cat2960 series switch by default setup express is enable however the output of show setup express is not active.

Cat2960XR#sh startup-config
startup-config is not present

Cat2960XR#sh setup express
express setup mode is not active

*Mode button can function like reloading after 10 second mode button pushing.

Moreover if it configures setup express command but the output still shows same one.

Cat2960XR#conf t
Cat2960XR(config)#setup express
Cat2960XR(config)#end

Cat2960XR#show setup express
express setup mode is not active

I do know why but there is not any related bug-ID or specification documents at the moment.

 - Check current software version installed on your switch; if applicable upgrade to a more recent release (preferably a gold-starred release).

Hi, I think the tested version is almost latest however if I have changed from 15.2(6)E to 15.2(6)E1, the result was also same.

I have tested the following IOS version.

c2960x-universalk9-mz.152-6.E.bin
Release Date : 08-AUG-2017

c2960x-universalk9-mz.152-6.E1.bin
Release Date : 07-MAR-2018
