These two standards are equivalent - there are no functional differences between them. You may use whichever you want. If your existing network installation already uses one of these alternatives, remain with it to maintain a certain degree of consistency of your network design, but otherwise, you may choose any of them as they provide precisely the same transmission capabilities.
