To access DataTraffic through Management Vlan

Hi Guys,
I have three following vlans on Aggregation switch
1.Vlan 10 for Data
2. Vlan 20 for Printer
3. Vlan 100 for Network Management
I have an access switch which is connected to DC Core Switch.

And that Access switch have three vlans (Vlan-10,20 & 100), and my Laptop is connected to that Access Switch Vlan 100(NW Mgmt) to access and monitor the network devices.

My concern is can i access the Data services, Printer and also the NW mgmt services through the Network Management Vlan 100 ?

If I configured ASA Mgmt port as
Int Mgmt 0/0
IP add xxxx
Security Level-100
No management-only
Exit

Please suggest

Where are the L3 vlan interfaces (SVIs) for the vlans ie. where are the vlans routed.

It's not clear how the ASA comes into it. The only thing I can say for sure is yes if you remove the "management-only" command from the interface then traffic can be routed through that interface but how that affects your vlans is not clear.

Perhaps you could explain in more detail.
