Let say, node A was sending data to node B on Ethernet.
On node A, will the transmitting and receiving frame counts pretty much the same? Or the transmitting frame count should be much larger than receiving count?

For example, if TCP is being used, TCP will usually ACK every other received packet. I.e. On node A, transmitted to received counts would be about 2:1.
