troubleshooting menu 9200l not shown

hi, i use a cisco Sw 9200l 24p-4g. I can't use the troubleshooting menu because the sub menus not shown.

the picture attached. please help me. IOS XE 17.13.1 and IOS XE 17.15.1 tested.

In looking at the posted config I notice several things, starting with the observation that the IP address configured uses a /16 mask. I don't know that it is a problem, but it is certainly very unusual. I would suggest changing the config so that it uses a more usual /24.

I also note that are not any ip route statements, or any routing protocol configured, or any default-gateway configured. I don't know that this is a problem, but I would suggest that you configure some type of routing logic. (and related to this is a question whether you intend this to operate as a layer 2 device or as a layer 3?)

hello I haven't decided on how to use the switch yet. I just wanted to access the log menu. In the 9300 model, this menu can be accessed from troubleshooting, but in the 9200 model, this is not possible.

I have tested at my end with 17.06.05 and 17.12.04 in catalyst 9200. Not sure, user  " cisco77009350" is still facing same issue.
