hi, i use a cisco Sw 9200l 24p-4g. I can't use the troubleshooting menu because the sub menus not shown.
the picture attached. please help me. IOS XE 17.13.1 and IOS XE 17.15.1 tested.

Did this ever get resolved? I just upgraded my C9200L-48P-4X's and C9200CX-12P-2X2G's from 17.9.5 to 17.12.4 and now I am having the exact same problem. Per above, the Troubleshooting page is perfect on my C9300-24P's running the exact same version.
