Hi All,
I am trying to isolate a printing delay issue. I've got Unix printer servers sitting at the data center and Sato printers sitting on the manufacturing production line, these Sato printers are connected to the network using HP JetDirect card. I am experiencing sporadic printing delay where it takes several minutes to process a print job. From what I can tell from the packet capture the network is behaving normally. What I am interested to find out is that from the packet capture Wireshark is seeing "TCP Window Update" from the printer and it seems that when that happens it takes longer for the printer and the printer server to negotiate the connection and that's what seems to contributing to the delay (please see a snip of the packet capture).

My interpretation could be wrong but I am hoping someone has seen this similar issue in their environment and share the experience.
Thanks in advance !!
Danny
