I am having the problem to do the trunking between cisco switch 2960S and 3com switch 5500G? Seems both of them cannot communicate with each other. Anyone can help?

Can you give us the output of a show interface switchport from both sides?
Which vlans are you trying to pass?

I disconnected the cables because I was giving interference in my network, a switch is knocking the port of another switch.

but we neeed that to see the dot1q config..
