trying to install anyconnnect 4.8 getting an error The File 'VACon64.exe' is not marked for installation

I had version 4.7, tried updating to 4.8 with out uninstalling 4.7 and now I am getting an error. Any help will be appreciated.

on your computer, go to Run --> services.msc, and make sure the 'Cryptographic Services' service is set to 'Log On As' Network Service...
