Two NX-OS Switch Pairs, Two VPC, Peer Gateways and EIGRP

I am trying to migrate from one cage to another. Cage A has a pair of Nexus 6001 switches with VPC in an etherchannel and the new cage has a pair of Nexus 9200 with VPC in an etherchannel. My thought to step

across the migration was to connect the two pairs with etherchannel 6001-A to 9200-A, 6001-B to 9200-B.
Then I was planning to add SVIs on 9200-A and 9200-B to match was was currently on 6001-A and 6001-B and have these participate in HSRP but at a lower priority. And the plan was to increase the priority of the new (or lower that of the old) on a less important VLAN first and then do the same with the others.

BUT - I was just reviewing VPC configuration and came across "Peer Gateway" statement which evidently involves the synchronization of peers for HSRP and a couple of other protocols. So that gave me pause as to whether my plan for for actual IP addresses on four SVIs sharing a single VIP would work in this scenario.

Would four member/four SVI HSRP work when two SVIs are on one Nexus VPC pair and the other two are on another?  I can map out a diagram if that would help clarify what I'm trying to do. Thank you.

The solution duarable - but how they conencted layer 2 and Layer 3 connection old and new

OLD one act as Active/Standby ( new one will be in Listen and Liste stage)

Once Migration done from old to new switch, start shutdown the SVI 1 at a time so New Switch will take over HSRP Acttive and Standby, then adjust the pririty how you like to config.

this is high level. - is this make sense ?

Thank you. I think so. So say SVI 100 exists on all four switches..In the example below

6001-A is Active, 6001-B is Standby, 9200-A is Listening 9200-B. Correct? And then

as I shut the interfaces on 6001 9200-A would become Active and 9200-B Standby.

6001-A

int vlan 100

   ip address 10.100.10.2 255.255.255.0

   standby 100 10.100.10.1

   standby 100 priority 100

6001-B

int vlan 100

  ip address 10.100.10.3 255.255.255.0

   standby 100 10.100.10.1

   standby 100 priority 150

9200-A

int vlan 100

  ip addresss 10.100.10.4 255.255.255.0

   standby 100 10.100.10.1

   standby 100 priority 200

9200-B

in vlan 100

  ip address 10.100.10.5 255.255.255.0

   standby 100 10.100.10.1

   standby 100 priority 220
