Unable to detect USB on Cisco Nexus 3048

Hello there, 

I recently got a new project where I have to configure Cisco Nexus 3048TP switch.

The company has bought these used switches and when I fire up the device it says :

loader>

I have copied kickstart and standard image to a USB from one of the other working switches.

However,when I plug in the USB to this switch , I am unable to see the USB.

I have ran : 

1.

loader>
bootflash:
lost+found

2.

loader> copy ?

Error 27: Unrecognized command

3. 

loader> show ?

Error 30: Invalid argument. Please do "help <cmd_name>" to get the usage

Could any one guide me with this step please ????

what is the format the USB formatted ?

I had formatted using the one of the Cisco Nexus Switch. 

Same model as the other : Cisco 3048
