I cant ping from PC0 to PC1 but able to ping from PC1 to PC0. I made it into diagram using packet tracer and I able to ping both sides.
What could be the problem with configuration in 10.40.1.0 network?
Thanks.

Hi,
if this is on real devices then disable windows firewall and if windows 7 put your nic as home instead of public.

PC0 has windows 2003. PC1 could be windows 7 or XP.
Which firewall should I disable?

Hi,
Windows XP software firewall blocks pings from another subnet and Windows 7 does block pings when the network profile is public.

Hi,
have you got any other antivirus/firewall suite on the PC ? if so disable it and if it ain't working then do this:
post your configs(routers and switches) as well as the output of arp-a and route print and ipconfig/all on the PCs.
also post output of sh ip route and sh ip int br and sh arp on the routers.
Regards
