Your output starts with a traceback. traceback is an indicator of a software problem. If you power down, wait a bit, and power up does the switch boot successfully or does it go into a boot loop?

With a traceback we would frequently suggest upgrading the code. But for a switch this old, and guessing that you do not have an active service contract for this switch, I am not sure that a code upgrade is feasible.

Richard Burts thx for your answer, and i'm apologize for my late answer - I haven't been on my work for a while, where this switch is situated. When i came back and trying to boot this switch, It seems that this issue is disappeared. It boot perfectly, and there are no boot loops or any errors during his work (for last 2 weeks). I think this topic can be closed, thanks for your answer one more time!

Thanks for the update. I know that when equipment is at a different site that it can take a while to get to it. So delayed response is not a problem. Glad to know that now the switch is working fine. With the traceback I believe that it reflects a software problem. Hopefully whatever triggers the error is rare and will not happen again for a long time.
