Unstable internet with SW250-24P

I have a problem of stability with the internet, I do not really understand why and how to solve it. I am novice network, it is not me who configured it ... Here are the logs

Port 1 was unplugged until this morning because I had a problem with the device and I thought it was from him ...

Port 24 is my internet box

Port G1 is the management port of my switch (IP 192.168.1.243) to be able to see the logs. I plugged it live on my internet box.

OK so, the logs about Gi1 are not related to your instable internet

but it is something you need to look into in the future

You may connect this management interface directly to your computer instead of via the internet box to manage the switch without creating extra log entries.

 

The Fa24 up/down messages indicate the connection to your internet box is having problems (but you knew that already)

this could be because of a faulty physical connection (cables)

or because the port-configuration on both devices are not compatible (what device is your internet box?)

and auto negotiation seems to work, but not stable

in the spirit of this last remark, try using a cross-cable between your internet box and your switch

it may be periodic MDI/MDI-X port detection causes this up/down behavior.
