We have just received a 3560G 24 port POE switch back from a rental return with a customer. Upon powering up the switch everything is fine until the following error message

It's been left to me as the "Cisco-man" to rectify this. Also when i issue the
Switch#sh ip int b
Interface IP-Address OK? Method Status Protocol
no interfaces are showing up. Any ideas?
