Upgrade C2960X-48TD-L stack recommedation

Hello all,

I've a stack of two switches WS-C2960X-48TD-L running with version 15.2(7)E0a (release date 14-Apr-2019).

Uptime is almost 3 years.

I would like to upgrade to current suggested version 15.2(7)E9.

Do you think I can do a direct upgrade or not?

Would you recommend to do upgrade using boot system flash... or using archive?

Yes, you can go directly from 15.2(7) to 15.2(7)E9.

With older witches, the boot system flash....  usually works fine.

Use the TAR and archive command if you do not know what you're doing.  The TAR and archive command will do everything safely.  

WARNING:  That is a major software upgrade.  There will be a micro-code upgrade and this may take up to 24 minutes.
