Upgrade Nexus 7000

Hi guys, 

I need to upgrade a Nexus from 6.2 to 7.2, but i'm a bit afraid to go on with this upgrade because i have the following output on the show module

With the following errors

Someone can help to, to understand if this errors are related with the "fail",  on the supervisor, and how i can solve this errors ?

 - The module has a possible hardware problem, in all circumstance should you not upgrade until that is resolved : from https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/datacenter/nexus7000/sw/system-management/guide/b_Cisco_Nexus_7000_Series_NX-OS_System_Management_Configuration_Guide-RI/configuring_online_diagnostics.html , look into https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/datacenter/nexus7000/sw/system-management/guide/b_Cisco_Nexus_7000_Series_NX-OS_System_Management_Configuration_Guide-RI/configuring_online_diagnostics.html#task_A910E7C54A99408E961802E86ABFFA30 , configure full diagnostics for a power on sequence and observe the result on the console.
