Upgrade the operating C3650-24TS-L stack switch OS

The C3650 Switch in operation has a stack structure, and we plan to upgrade the switch OS without service interruption.

I am testing it one by one because I do not have basic knowledge. If the version is a mismatch, is there any way to configure the member as Standby instead of Active?

If I type this command, will the Active version be automatically installed even if the Member's OS version is higher?

If the stack is in Install Mode, the stack master will push the package files to all the members of the stack.
