how can i download the image for my cisco catalyst 3750 switch without going through cisco.com because i have not a service contract.
can you give me a site to download it please

The only way to get official copies of software for the switch is through cisco.com.

As Rick describes, you download copies of the IOS from Cisco, but that generally requires a support contract, which you note you don't have.

However, even without a support contract, some devices, like the original 3750 series, I recall had a "lifetime" update policy (which I also recall [?} Cisco may have rescinded) or sometimes, because of certain security flaws, Cisco will provide "free" updates to mitigate them. Either of those those, I believe requires contacting Cisco for a special update link to obtain. Possibly an additional problem, though, if your 3750 is old enough that it's end-of-support, neither of these options may still be available.

Cisco (Legal department) has reactivated this after the WannaCrypt/Petya outbreak and this will depend entirely if the user can furnish the link to the Security Bulletin and proof that the appliance was purchased from a Cisco authorized dealer (and not e-Bay).   See image below: 

For legacy models, like the 3750, I would say it would be impossible because the end-of-support has lapsed (05 July 2011).
