upgrading industrial switch (IE4010)

when upgrading the industrial switch (IE4010) to version (152-8.E1), the upgrade fails and the switch boots to the backup IOS

the command needed is 

boot system sdflash:/ie4000-universalk9-mz.152-8.E1.bin

or without /

boot system sdflash:ie4000-universalk9-mz.152-8.E1.bin

If the command "archive download-sw" was used (instead of copying the IOS from one location), the boot variable string would've been configured correctly.

This command is for .tar ios or can be used for .bin too

Requires a TAR file.
