Upgrading IOS on Supervisor 2T

We just purchased a couple 6513s with Supervisor 2T modules in them. I have to upgrade these to 15.1.SY04 IOS.

I haven't fired these up yet, but it looks like the upgrade procedure is different, and I am having problems finding documentation on this.

I downloaded the IOS

s2t54-adventerprisek9-mz.SPA.150-1.SY4.bin

and bootflash image

s2t54-boot-mz.SPA.150-1.SY4.bin

The system does not have a PCM card in slot0:

I am seeing references to bootflash: and sup-bootdisk:

Does the bootflash image above go into bootflash: and the IOS image go into sup-bootdisk: ?

What about my standby Supervisor module? Is there a slavedisk ?

Any help would be appreciated. They are switching things around and I can't find good docs on this.

Hi, in principle, upgrade procedure is not so different as in the case of Supervisor Engine 720 (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps708/products_configuration_example09186a0080116ff0.shtml)...

Different the naming of storage devices, according to (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst6500/ios/15.0SY/configuration/guide/introduction.html#wp1056393)
Sup2T Flash Memory Devices is:
1. disk0: (active) and slavedisk0: (standby) as external flash memory
2. bootdisk: (active) and slavebootdisk: (standby) as internal flash memory
So, you need (in case of single supervisor)
1. copy  the new software image (s2t54-adventerprisek9-mz.SPA.150-1.SY4.bin) to bootdisk:
2. configure new boot variables so that the switch boots with the new software image after reload -
no boot system
boot system flash bootdisk:s2t54-adventerprisek9-mz.SPA.150-1.SY4.bin

The bootflash image (s2t54-boot-mz.SPA.150-1.SY4.bin) is not a full-featured so-called Universal Boot Loader Image.
According to (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst6500/ios/15.0SY/release_notes.html#wp1077419):
"The Universal Boot Loader (UBL) image is a minimal network-aware image that can download and install a Cisco IOS image from a running active supervisor engine in the same chassis. When newly installed as a standby supervisor engine in a redundant configuration, a supervisor engine running the UBL image automatically attempts to copy the image of the running active supervisor engine in the same chassis"
You do not need it...
