Upgrading NXOS 9.2.3-->10.2.5 Kills downstream 40Gb twinax connections

Question - not sure if you guys have seen this - but I'm upgrading a pair of nexus from 9.2.3 to 10.2.5 with a 320gb lag going down to the array (160 per switch).Running physical cables not optics/fiber .While upgrading nexus primary member to 10.2.5; all four 40gb interfaces would not come up nor would they even show a transceiver was even connected. I opened a case with pure and they restarted the switch service, and bounced the nics (cuz we have no option to) and nothing came up .I rolled back my config and the vPC came right up on the primary. opening a case as we speak; but wasn't sure if anyone saw the same issue .I did previously configure "service unsupported=transceiver" so that shouldn't have been an issue and everything was working prior to upgrade. Wasn't sure if anyone had run into this?

As this has nothing to do with anything within the Collaboration arena I’ll be moving this post to a more appropriate part of the community.
