Uplinks to fast for UC system?

Weird one here....It seems like my 10G uplink is too fast for my Voice network to handle. Here is the scenario:

I have a 3560 with a 10G and a 1G uplink to my Nexus 7k. The root port on my 3560 is the 10G and my 1G is in a blocking state.

My UC environment is connected to my Nexus , it's an outdated version of UC (7.x).

My voice gateway router with all my PRI lines is also connected to the Nexus.

I have 7962 phone attached to the 3560

My calls from the 7962, after about 5 min, will drop, or I'll start to get one-way audio. Now, If I shutdown the 10G uplink on my 3560, the voice calls are perfect. The minute I put that 10G uplink back into production, I start getting issue with voice calls.

Any ideas?

That is an odd issue.

Can you please share the running configuration of the 1g and the 10g interfaces on both the 3560 and the N7K sides?

Here you go

3560 Switch Stack

interface TenGigabitEthernet1/1/4
 description 10G Link to N7kCore1 e1/14
 switchport mode trunk
 shutdown
end
!
interface TenGigabitEthernet3/1/4
 description 1G Link to N7kCore2 e1/13
 switchport mode trunk
 spanning-tree vlan 1,106,206 cost 4
end

Nexus Core 1

interface Ethernet1/14
  description Trunk to CS01WAYNPAFL03W
  switchport
  switchport mode trunk
  no shutdown

Nexus Core 2

interface Ethernet1/13
  description CS03WAYNPAFL3W
  switchport
  switchport mode trunk
  no shutdown

For the 1G link, I am assuming that they are not directly connected as you're using 10G interfaces.  That doesn't necessarily mean anything, as you say it's the 1G link that has better results.

Where's the voice GW connected?  Where's the CM connected?  What VLAN or VLANs are being used by your voice resources?

And how are the Nexuses connected to eachother?
