I have downloaded Solarwinds TFTP server and cannot upload the 3550 switch software to the tftp server

with the command archive upload-sw tftp:192.168.7.240 I receive the following error

"ERROR: Specified image version does not exist in "flash:"."

Help would be appreciated

Hello,

try the following syntax:

Switch# archive upload-sw tftp://192.168.7.240/test-image.tar

This will name the image ´test-image´, if you require another name, specify the name as desired...
