using glbp to setup secondary ISP

Hey people,

I am researching about a project which needs implementation of a secondary ISP in the company. I was wondering if I can use GLBP  as a failover option in this situation. If yes, then will there be any down time in between? I apologize if I posted the question in the wrong forum.

If you use GLBP then both ISPs will be active ie. traffic could go via both. If you want the new ISP to only be used if your current ISP is down then HSRP would be a better choice.

Of course that is just a general answer because without knowing all the details it's difficult to be more precise.
