Question, I am going to install a new 3750E switch with the 10G interfaces. The switch is needed for the PoE ports. Question: can you use only "one" of the TwinGig SFP ports for your uplink, OR do you have to use "both" the SFP ports for the GBIC to work properly?? I would think you should be able to connect only one, but I can not find it in writing on the Cisco web site.
Does anyone know for sure.
Thanks

Hello Wayne,
if you need to use only SFP port of the TwinGig you can.
The TwinGig allows to host two SFPs to have two GE ports if needed.
Hope to help

Thank you, Giuseppe. I do believe that you said "Yes, you can uplink with only "One" SFP".......correct?
Thanks in advance.
