I have 2 networks 172.16.0.1(LAN) and 10.0.0.0(for other use like the camera and all) I want to do VLAN in 172 network

{ VLAN -2 department 1

VLAN -3 department 2

VLAN -4 department 3

VLAN -5 department 4 }

and allow only server and internet in VLAN 2,3,4 and allow all access to VLAN 5 including 10 networks for admin

and how to config that 10 networks? And from that 10 network biomatrix systems is configured and that data goes to pc IP172.16.0.143 so how to configure that?  we have 2 access points so what I should do with that?

Internet is coming from firewall then goes to switch.

There is 5 L3 [Switch sg350] 3 switch for data and other 2 for 10 network according to that how to  config vlan?
