Yes inter-vlan routing is possible. What are you trying to achive? To enable it over CLI type:
ip routing

im looking whether is there a possible option for vlan in layer 2 switches ?

If you have a CBS350 it is possible to create a L3 vlan, because the device is L3 capable. You cannot route L2 vlans.
