Can I somehow translate VLAN on trunk port? VLAN 55 on one end is VLAN 88 on second end.

yes you can translate VLAN number.

trunk port is between 4506 switch and hp blade cisco switch module

i would say instead of think about it this way
why u dont make routing between those VLANs inter-vlan routing

heres a good one use a patch cable between two ports on the different vlans..........
