You need to use MHSRP
Vlan10 have it hsrp group
Vlan 20 have it hsrp group
Make each router active for one hsrp group.

Note :- my suggestion may cause high icmp redirect' it normal for your case if you want to ping from vlan10 to vlan20

OP's topology isn't fully described, but it's unclear, to me, why you say mHSRP is needed. Could you please further describe your reasoning?

Sure if we use one HSRP group then both VLAN10,20 will use same active router and other will be standby
with MHSRP both router will be active, one for VLAN10 and other for VLAN20.
in same time both router will have IP in both VLAN to do inter-VLAN.

Thanks.
Ah, I believe we're seeing different possible logical topologies upon the physical topology shown in the OP diagram.
If the VLANs gateways are based on different "interfaces", either physical or logical (i.e. subinterfaces), you should be able to use HSRP with different VLAN primary HSRP gateway being on each router and its backup on the other. (If you also have in mind using mHSRP to provide two same subnet virtual gateway IPs for LBing a VLAN across both routers, I believe GLBP might even be a better option.)
Possibly, you're still seeing an advantage of mHSRP, that I don't, especially if GLBP is an option. If so, please further explain.
BTW, I recall mHSRP being available years before GLBP (or HSRPv2), but it also wasn't available on low end routers. When it did become available on low end routers, so generally was GLBP, which, again, I believe is often better at the edge. Also, for L3 switches, that either offered redundancy within a chassis or via stacking, which also often negated the need for a FHRP. (I mention this because I've seldom seen mHSRP used, not that it's bad, just it sort of was sidelined.)

Can we see the show running-config for routers and switches?

Could you describe what VLANs all the hosts are in.
If server two, which appears to be in VLAN 20 is connected to switch 3, that's going to be a bit problematic as you don't have a "natural" L2 connection between your two switches. (NB: it's usually possible to bridge through Cisco routers, but that's unusual.)
Also using a serial connection between your two routers seems unusual when the both have Ethernet connections to both switches.
