vPC Secondary Peer Reboot

Hi, I have 2 vPC domains connected with back to back vPC.
MST is configured with with different regions for each vPC domain. vPC domain 1 is the root for CST. Peer-switch is configured on all switches.

When I reboot the secondary switch of domain 1 there is 1-2 packet drops immediately after delay restore timer expires and the vPC's come up on the secondary switch.

Is it normal to have this 1-2 ping loss when the vPC's come back up on the secondary switch?

Cisco advised that losing a couple of pings while a vPC switch reboots is expected.
