vpn issue

   We have created a vpn  tunnel GRE from one site to another site    using routers and is working fine now we have created another tunnel from Pix to other site as well. we want extreme sites to communicate.

          (site1 subnet) router--------Gre tunnel---------router-------route towards pix----PIX----------tunnel------router(site2 subnet)

we want site1 subnet to communicate with site2 subnet but it is not happening.any suggestions

You have noted here that you have a route pointing toward the pix. Do you have one pointing back? For that matter, do you have a route at the ends witch point the traffic bound for the other end down the tunnels?

yes there is a backward route pointing towards VPN router.from one end of site there is route through tunnel which reaches vpn router but after that it does not reach ASA.
