I want to connect to two separate remote sites. But the problem is both the sites have the same network i.e both use 10.10.10.0/24.
Changing the network of the remote sites is out of the question.
What's the best way to connect to both these networks using a single router?

To both networks need to talk to IP's on both sides, or does only one network talk to IP addresses on the other side?

Both networks. I will have a separate Vlan for each network because it's different companies.

You can do either double NAT, rewriting the source/destination of one network - or simply renumber one site,

How about tunnel interfaces with say the IPs 192.168.1.0/24 and 192.168.2.0/24 that hides the other IPs?

No, because you still need machines in the same subnet that are at different sites to be able to talk to each other.
