VRF-Lite, Multicast route export/import for IPv4 and IPv6

Hello everybody,

We're using VRF-lite on catalyst 6500 with SUP2T and last IOS 15.1(1)SY1.

We also import/export unicast prefixes using route-target and BGP.

We want to use multicast (for video streaming) on our architecture using PIM and also export multicast prefixes from one VRF to another.

Is it possible ?

I saw the functionnality "Multicast VPN Extranet Support" but it seems that it's working only on MPLS (so no VRF-Lite).

actually there is an Ask the expert event running on multicast VPN held by rajs2 a Cisco expert that writes many posts in the forums

I would suggest you to post there your question as it is relevant.

I remember some threads of some time ago of people attempting to make a multicast VPN extranet on VRF lite on C6500, but if I am not wrong the attempts were not successful at that time,  and the hardware was different (sup720)
