VRRP IDs are Duplication from connected routers.

Our DMZ switches connected a Vendor Routers which are using VRRP. The connected vendor always uses duplicated VRRP IDs for newly installing RTs.This causes us port flapping loops for the existing users who are using the same VRRP IDs. Our customers are in a single VLAN can not separate them, Is there any other solutions to stop the flapping when the vendor do the VRRP ID duplications for a new customer. I am new to networking your advice is appreciated.

TBH not quite sure on the topology as to what you are saying regards duplicate vrids in relation to multiple vrrp statements for the same vlan and how this is causing ports to flap?
