VSS IOS Upgrade on 4500 w/ SUP8E QUAD

Hi,

What would be the best way to go about upgrading the IOS software between (2) 4500 switches in a VSS quad SUP 8E setup? 

Can ISSU be done (or another way if better) and how would I go about upgrading the 2 SUPs that are in the ROMMON mode state?

Manually copy the IOS into all the supervisor card.  All the supervisor cards can support booting and copying of IOS using the SD card.
