How many vtp server (not domain) can create in the network?

There is no limit, if u wish you can configure all of your switches as VTP servers in your network.

Maybe your understanding of the differences between the modes server and client is incorrect. The only difference is that on a VTP server you're allowed to create new VLANs and rename or delete existing VLANs while on clients you're not.
A VTP client with a (for whatever reasons) higher VTP revision number would update the VLAN-database of a server if domain-name and -passwords match.
A common practice is to configure the core switches as VTP server(s) and the access switches as clients. Technically, like stated by Rasika, there is no limit. By the way, "server" is actually often the default mode, depending on platform and OS.
