VXLAN configuration required in 9k series switches

vxlan configuration between 9600 core switch which is the l3 ip address that connected to 9500 distribution switch in that ospf is enable that connected to l2 switch 9300 that connected to firewall how to configure the vxlan for this.

I already refer this doc in this they are using nexus but we are having catalyst switches 9k series
