Jessie,
The switch has most probably failed a self-test during the boot (check the show post for details). Unfortunately, it is most probably damaged and will need to be replaced. There is no way around it - it has a hardware fault.
Best regards,
Peter

thanks partner to your advice. i assume the problem is the IOS, but when i restore the IOS using ROMMON the problem still occur. this is mean the problem is the hardware or the any semiconductor inside the switch. thank you very much SIR. Peter

Jessie,
If you can boot the IOS, the show post command will tell you which part of the self-test has failed. I doubt you will be able to find anyone capable of replacing the failed chip, as there are no serviceable parts inside, but at least you will know what exactly has failed.
Best regards,
Peter
