WEB console of a switch 3560

Hi

I have upgraded the 3560 switches image from  c3560e-universalk9-mz.122-55.SE8 to c3560e-universalk9-mz.150-2.SE9.bin.

Right now I am unable to access their GUI (For reference snapshots are attached.). How I can access the GUI. Below is the switch configurations

ip http authentication login local

The screen shot shows attempt to access 10.4.21.5 but that is not the address configured on this switch. What happens if you attempt to browse to 10.4.116.5?

Hi MARK,

I used your recomeneded command "ip http authentication local" But could not get GUI. My device dont have support for "ip http authentication login local". they support only "ip http authentication  local".

When you upgraded, did you get and install the full IOS package or just the new bin file?  

Sometimes if there is a version mismatch between the bin and the associated web pages it will not display so you need to get the full TAR and install that

It is an interesting possibility that you may have upgraded with just the bin file and not with the tar. Would you post the output of these commands:

show run | include boot

dir flash
