1. i can't see any word about console-CLI in putty or hyperterminal

ANswer:- To which device have you connected to?

2. i can't see any LED Light in switch port

Answer:- Is the switch power on? If yes do you see power status led or any other led glowing?

3. i can't power on product.

Answer:- Is the power source good? If yes then can you try changing the power cable? What is the model of the product?

For number 1 - you need to make sure you are using the correct serial port number when using putty. You can find this by looking in your device manager for ports

For number 2 - verify power at the outlet, plug in something else that is known to work. Try changing power cords to a known good power cord. If you verify that the power source is good, and the cable is good then it is possible to have a bad power supply.

Answer to your questions:-

1- Make sure you are using correct Serial cable (Console cable) connecting towards the console port of your switch/router to your laptop.

Example:-

Cisco console cable videos;-

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

2. CISCO SWITCH connected powercable. but, SWITCH is not receiving power.

Answer:- Following are few reason:-

1- There is no power to the box.

2- Power socket/cable is bad.

3- Device itself might be dead/bad.

4- Make sure you are using the same power cable/cord which came with the switch/router and connect to the working power socket.
