what is the meaning of Start time: 00:01:50.424,

Hi,

It represents the time since OSPF process was started and all the functions are up, for example it took 1 min 50 seconds since the device was rebooted or it started up by first time.  It will not change unless you reboot the device. The elapsed time is basically the uptime.

Start time: 00:01:50.424, <-- router reloaded

Time elapsed: 3y18w 12:03 < time ospf process has been up

Hum... How the above can be true, as if you bounce the rtr the process will stop?

Not seen that before.
