IP-EIGRP : PDM - part of EIGRP - protocol dependant modules process
PDU DISPATCHER - SNMP PDU dispatcher (incoming messages)
Port manager per - port status, traffic, config, etc...

Hi,
Looking at the information provided I consider that you do not have high cpu utilization. Based on the 72hour graph it shows 100% utilization as highest peaks but the average load is in the normal percentage for production network, of course it depends on the network. If you have longer cpu history that shows lower cpu loads we can investigate.
In 72 hour graph the "*"-shows the maximum cpu percentage reached at given hour
the "#" - shows the average cpu load fo that given hour.
It looks that in the last 60 sec and last 60 min your cpu feels quite comfortable.
In some cases this 100% can be reached during your SSH session, or CLI executed commands, wr mem, debug, snmp, ip flow.
Do you experience timeouts, packet drops, slow response from cli, ping, etc?

Althought we never experience timeouts, packet drops, slow response from cli,but the cpu is very hight in the last 72 hours for serval months! I want to know what happens and how to slove it? I hope you can help me,thanks!

As I told you the cpu is not higher than normal. The symbol "*" in the 72 hour graph shows the highest percentage of cpu load in the given hour. But this can be in just one second of this hour and this is normal when you are logged in through the SSH session and for example you are executing some commands like "wr mem". This does not mean that the load is 100% all the time in this hour. The symbol "#" shows the average cpu load in percentage in the hour. In your case this average load is not above 20% which is normal. Because of this I do not think you have high cpu utilization. If the average cpu load - symbol "#" in the 72 hour graph is more than 50% then you have high cpu load, but as said before you have only 20%. If you look at your other routers you maybe there you will see the same results.
