What's wrong with my simple Network Diagram?

I went for an interview and the interviewer req me to draw my Co. network diagram so I drew a brief one. But he actually said I cannot draw a network diagram after he saw my sketch on whiteboard. I cannot figure out what's the problem. Need your professional advice.

kidding aside, what was his actual question in regards to the diagram?

he just asked me to draw my company network diagram, of cause I didn't draw FULL but brief one that how our VLANs connect to Fortigate and to internet. So, what went wrong?

a lot could happen during an interview and we could only speculate what's going on his head.

personally, i would just keep attending interviews and sharpen my technical interview Q and A.

wait until an employer finds you suitable for their network role.

because I'm confused that he said "I canot draw a network diagram". I interpret as my diagram totally wrong... maybe i'll ask him if I hv a second interview.
