what will happen if sw1 is configured with PVSTP +  & sw 2 is configur

what will happen if sw1 is configured with PVSTP +  & sw 2 is configured with mst 

As Rapid PVST + is having high cpu/memory utilization  while MSTP + is having low  cpu/memory utilization

Most of the use case - we do this in the part of mygration from one to other - finally you run any one of them, but some scenario you need to run, then that required to take some consideration, always  make sure root bridge on one device as major step need to consider.
