Hi,
End user has a switch with the command mac address-table static f0de.f133.902b vlan 2 interface GigabitEthernet1/22, in this port there is
a L2L.
any reason by which this command should be configured??

Does your question mean, why this command should be configured? If so, then this command is to protect against the mac spoofing attacks. Any frame coming into the interface with a different mac addr apart from the one defined would be dropped. So, only one MAC address is permitted to enter in on that interface.
