Where is the duplicate ip address

Hi, Switch port f1/1 with ip address 10.0.20.2/24 is connected to FW 10.0.20.1/24. Now the following message appears at the switch. I checked all the Switch and FW and I could not find the second ip address. Any suggestions? Thank you

clear the ARP and MAC address tables on the switch, or just reboot the switch...
